Lucrum Mining Resources Pty Ltd (Lucrum) is a firm of independent geological, mining geotechnical, mine engineering and mine management specialists offering expertise and professional advice to the exploration, mining and mining finance industries from our office in Perth, Western Australia.
Our services are underpinned by our deep technical experience and professionalism. Lucrum's philosophy is simple but focused: to assist development partners and clients to successfully identify, evaluate, develop and operate mining opportunities.
The principal team members have provided world class technical advice to the mining industry for more than 40 years each and have an expert and successful track record in all aspects of the mining cycle with a particular expertise in gold.

Garry Mills
Mining Operations Expert
Over 40 years' experience and a deep knowledge in middle and senior management levels in a range of progressive technical and hands-on positions within the mining industry, operating both open cut and underground mines in gold and base metals for both client and contractors.
Garry has significant experience in feasibility studies, strategic, middle and short-term planning for effective mine operation from exploration to metal production. Garry is commercially astute with long experience in budget formulation, expenditure and monitoring and contract management.
Alfred Gillman
Geological Expert
Alfred has over 40 years' experience specializing in mineral asset evaluation and resource estimation and has an extensive knowledge of gold, base metal, diamonds, rare earths, battery minerals and uranium deposits around the world with a proven track record of exploration success and project development in various commodities.
Alfred graduated with Honours from the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow and Chartered Professional (Geology) of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). Alfred is qualified as a Competent Person (JORC 2012) and Qualified Professional (NI43-101).
Tony Hatt
Executive Director
Tony has 40 years in Business Development Management through various types of projects stemming from Designing and Project Managing Mid- and High-rise Development, Retail &Commercial, Designing and Procurement of Materials for Mining Camps, Designing Flow Diagrams of Petrochem Facilities, Project Managing & Design Management of San Miguel Brewery, Design and Construction of Dairy Facilities.
Projects located throughout Australia & Asia, venturing into China with major clients for procuring product/material requirements.
